Payment
You pay for the reservation in advance. Approximately 2-3 weeks before the start of your reservation, you will receive an invoice with a payment link. This invoice must be fully paid before the start of the reservation.
Cancellation policy
If your vacation is canceled or if you need to cancel the reservation for any other reason, Purrfect Care uses the following cancellation policy:
- If you cancel at least 7 days before the start of the reservation, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of the reservation, you will receive a 50% refund.
- In case of partial cancellation during the reservation (for example, if you return home earlier), no refund is possible.
